twenty years of collaboration with a global network of watch specialists, all of whom we

consider to be the best in their field and trusted partners. This collective effort forms the

foundation of the “Artefkt Made” ethos—a dedication to ingenuity, vitality, action, and

craftsmanship, transcending backgrounds and borders. And we back this with a 5-year

warranty.

Artefkt Watches are tools for time and are covered under warranty for 5 years from the date of

purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects of the watch but does not cover

damages from normal wear and tear. Artefkt Watches will assume all costs associated with

repairing and/or replacing the watch or components of the watch that prove to be defective

under normal everyday use. This warranty covers all defects pertaining to workmanship

that may happen during normal use.

If your watch movement develops a mechanical fault within 5 years (sixty months) of dispatch,

we will repair it free of charge. Any damages incurred from unauthorized work to the watch

or movement with void this guarantee.

Our 5year warranty does not apply for the following conditions

Damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Accidental damage from improper handling, negligence, lack of care, and/or acts of nature.
Scratches or other blemishes from everyday wear.
Any repairs needed from water damage. All our watches are pressure tested prior to shipment. It is important the crown is fully screwed down during exposure to water. Artefkt Watches will not be responsible for any water damage.
Damages caused by submerging the watch in a hot tub or similar extreme temperatures will not be covered under warranty.
Rubber Straps are not covered from normal wear and tear
Any damages incurred from unauthorized work to the watch including any aftermarket customizations and bracelet sizing.
